Product Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to damage or defection, you may return it for an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be in new or unused condition. All returned items must be based on product being damaged or defected. You are required to return to us the all portions of the product as well as all opened packaging.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at envisionfirst.llc@gomab02@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving a RMA Number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

*** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return for an exchange.
